Sleep is often the first thing that gets sacrificed when life gets busy. This challenge will help participants see the importance of both the quantity AND quality of sleep. Research is clear in showing how good sleep enables increased productivity at home and work, more energy throughout the day, better relationships, and more. Tips and tools, including proper sleep hygiene strategies, are offered to enable participants to establish a routine that will lead to better and more restful sleep. When your participants learn how to enjoy a Good Night of sleep they will harness the power of Great Days!

Just Drive
Distracted driving contributes to thousands of accidents and traffic deaths annually. To promote safe driving habits, this challenge provides the opportunity for participants to reflect on what is distracting them while they're driving and offers tips and tools to help them focus on being fully engaged and "Just Drive".

The Good Stuff: Nutrition Edition
This fun and lively challenge boasts a video game feel and will inspire participants to fuel their body using the ChooseMyPlate.gov healthy eating guidelines. Participants are challenged to adopt one healthy eating habit each week to include making half their plate fruits and vegetables, choosing fat-free or low-fat (1%) milk, making half their grains whole grains, and drinking water instead of sugary drinks. Along the way, help Hopper collect health points by mastering the levels of play and completing self-care bonus challenges.

The Good Stuff: Fitness Edition
Help your participants reach the Next Level when it comes to their physical fitness routine. The Good Stuff - Fitness Edition offers a video game theme, in which participants seek to increase their activity a little bit more each week in a quest to move from Level 1 at the beginning of the challenge all the way to Level 4 by the end. Between levels, they complete a special challenge focused on self-care. This challenge offers complete form-fillable PDF or traditional paper based implementation!

Sticktoitiveness
When things get crazy around the holiday, it becomes easier for us to ditch our healthy habits and indulge (a little too much) in the spirit of the season. Sticktoitiveness - YES, that's a word - encourages participants to maintain at least one of three healthy habits during the holidays. They will track their success at maintaining a regular exercise schedule, reducing added sugars by eliminating sugar-sweetened beverages, or getting seven hours of sleep each night. By maintaining a bit of the routine, your participants are sure to find that it truly IS the most wonderful time of the year. Please note: This challenge is designed specifically to be implemented in the period between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day. This challenge offers complete form-fillable PDF or traditional paper based implementation!
