Title: Nutrition. Fitness. Lifestyle. Theme: Get in the game and make the connection between proper nutrition, regular physical activity and an appropriate amount of sleep each night. This winning combo provides a big boost to overall health and well-being. Duration: 8 weeks Tracking Mechanism: Log Sheet/Playbook Wellness Emphasis: Physical Goal(s): The goal is for participants to spend two weeks each actively managing their intake of whole grains, cardiovascular activity and sleep. In the final two weeks of the campaign, participants will pick an area of emphasis and focus on improving their wellness in that category.
