Includes same materials as Standard Rate, but is available for non-profit businesses and organizations, and government organizations. Condensed Version (formerly "e-option"): $109
Includes electronic versions of resource files and participant packet files in PDF or Word format. Does not include promotional items like table tent designs, flyers, payroll stuffers, or newsletter articles. These files will be shipped on disk. Quick Custom Rate: Additional $100 per challenge
We can add your logo to all files that will be distributed to participants for just $100 each challenge. Please select the Quick Custom Rate from the drop-down box when ordering and we will contact you to aquire your logo for use in the challenge. Full Custom Rate: Additional $1,500 per challenge
If you would like to make one of our standard offerings all YOURS, we can customize any TAVi Health challenge for an additional $1,000. This includes modifying the cover and all materials to your specifications to meet your brand guidelines. Please select the Full Custom Rate option from the dropdown box when ordering and we will set up a conference call to establish the look, feel and tone for the challenge.
