| Title: Step Up to the Plate Theme: Drawing on your team for motivation, this campaign is focused on developing a solid foundation of healthy living activities, with an emphasis on physical fitness. Duration: 9 weeks Tracking Mechanism: Individual and Team Score Cards Wellness Emphases: Physical Fitness with secondary emphasis on an array of healthy living activities. Goal(s): The goal is for teams of 10 to accumulate the highest number of minutes of cardiovascular exercise. Team members are also provided the opportunity to complete "Steal a Base" activities.
