Theme: During the holiday season, healthy behaviors are often sacrificed to ensure we can get to every party, get every gift purchased, and visit every last relative. Sticktoitiveness helps participants to see the importance of sticking with healthy behaviors during the holidays.
Duration: 6 weeks (Recommended launch the week prior to Thanksgiving, ending on or near New Year's Day)

Wellness Emphasis: Physical
Goal(s): The goal is for participants to identify one healthy living goal area (eliminate sugar-sweetened beverages, maintain exercise frequency, or get at least seven hours of sleep each night) and track how often they perform these activities during the holidays.
