Two weeks is required to build the website. And don’t forget that groups need two weeks for user registration before the challenge begins.
The user is required to provide first name, last name, and an email address to create a user account.
Yes, a variety of fitness trackers and fitness apps may be synced with TAVi wellness challenges.
The challenge website is mobile-responsive. This means users may access the website from any mobile device and the website scales to the appropriate screen size. (No scrolling right to left means happy users!) Users may drop a web app to their home screen so they do not need to use their mobile browser to access the challenge.
No. TAVi charges a per user account fee or a minimum user account fee, whichever is greater.
Yes! All users have access to the Wellness Workshop Support Team directly from the challenge website.
The Wellness Workshop Support Team is staffed by trained, experienced and courteous team members. We are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM Central Standard Time. Team members do their best to respond to support requests within two hours during normal business hours.
TAVi finds that a six-week duration hits the sweet spot. For an additional fee, the duration may be extended or shortened.
Administrators are provided access to the report tool which offers a variety of reports to provide participation, progress, and completion data. All reports may be downloaded into usable formats like Excel or PDF.
There is no need to reinvent the wheel! We provide challenge administrators with a challenge briefcase that contains a host of professionally designed promotional materials.
