Title: Rest and Restore

Theme: When it comes to sleep, few pay enough attention. Sleep deprivation doesn’t just limit productivity and contribute to stress, it can be disruptive by impacting physical health, mood, metabolism, relationships and activities of daily living, like driving.

But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are dozens of proven sleep strategies that can help us sleep better, longer. The Rest & Restore Challenge sheds light on the importance of sleep to overall well-being, by helping participants get a realistic view of their current sleep quality and quantity, and providing easy-to-implement and effective strategies to help wake with mind and body restored.

Duration: 4 weeks

Goal(s): The goals of “The Rest & Restore Challenge” are:

  • To inform participants about the importance of sleep to overall well-being.
  • To inspire participants to assess the quality and quantity of their sleep.
  • To educate participants about healthy sleep strategies.

Participants will track the quantity of sleep, the quality of sleep, and the sleep strategies implemented each day on the tracking card. At the conclusion of the challenge, the participant will submit a survey answering these questions:

  • On average, how many hours of sleep did you get daily?
  • On average, rate the quality of your sleep.
  • What pre-sleep strategies helped the most in improving your quality of sleep?
  • What did you learn about your sleep habits by participating in the challenge?
