Theme: During the holiday season, healthy behaviors are often sacrificed to ensure we can get to every party, get every gift purchased, and visit every last relative. Sticktoitiveness helps participants to see the importance of sticking with healthy behaviors during the holidays.
Duration: 6 weeks (Recommended launch the week prior to Thanksgiving, ending on or near New Year's Day)

When things get crazy around the holiday, it becomes easier for us to ditch our healthy habits and indulge (a little too much) in the spirit of the season. Sticktoitiveness - YES, that's a word - encourages participants to maintain at least one of three healthy habits during the holidays. Please note: This challenge is designed specifically to be implemented in the period between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day.
