Designed to take advantage of the wide variety of exercise options available to each and every one of us, Take Your Pick rewards you for your effort to get moving.

Goal(s): The goal of Take Your Pick is to increase participants’ physical activity level, while encouraging variety in choosing exercises. Participants earn a point for every minute of exercise (yes, any kind, including flexibility, resistance, AND cardio) they perform (up to 40 points per day) and are awarded a 25 point bonus for trying at least two different cardio exercise activities in a week, or a 50 point bonus for trying three or more different cardio exercise activities in a week.
