Title: Tasty Twist
Theme: Fruits and vegetables are packed with vitamins, minerals and fiber. Eating a generous amount of produce each day may reduce your risk of developing some forms of cancer, type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. A diet rich in fruits and veggies plays an important role in helping you maintain a healthy weight as well. However, only one in every four adults reports consuming five or more servings of produce daily. Thirty-five percent of adults consume only one or two servings daily. This challenge aims to inspire individuals to consume an adequate quantity of a wide variety of fruits and vegetables daily.

Goal(s): Participants are challenged to consume an average of five servings of fruits and vegetables each day and to select a wide variety of produce during the week - including choices from each color category on the Tasty Twist game board.
