Goal(s): Each level of play challenges the player to ramp up their fitness routine. The goal is to master a level, complete the self-care bonus challenge, and then move up to the next level of play. All the while the player is collecting health points and building a solid fitness routine to include aerobic, muscle-strengthening, and flexibility activities.
Help your participants reach the Next Level when it comes to their physical fitness routine. The Good Stuff - Fitness Edition offers a video game theme, in which participants seek to increase their activity a little bit more each week in a quest to move from Level 1 at the beginning of the challenge all the way to Level 4 by the end. Between levels, they complete a special challenge focused on self-care.
